I hope Isn’t Lost
Summer ‘20- Spring ‘25
This painting has taken me five years to complete! Why? Because it’s not just a painting; it’s a powerful representation of growth. In the face of current challenges and limitations, I've learned the importance of pushing through. I had a clear vision of what this piece was meant to be, but I didn’t initially possess the skills to bring it to life.
Throughout these five years, I’ve committed to expanding my abilities and nurturing the “talent” necessary to finish this piece. Each stroke and layer reflect not just my progress as an artist, but also my journey of patience and self-kindness. This artwork is a poignant reminder that all good things come with time.
